Refund Policy
At Sudu Real Estate, we are committed to providing excellent services and value to our clients, investors, and community members. Because our offerings involve time, resources, and customized services, we have established the following refund policy:
1. Property Management Services
All fees paid for property management are governed by the terms of the management agreement. Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated.
2. Consultations
Fees for scheduled consultations are non-refundable. However, consultations may be rescheduled once at no additional cost if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
3. Sudu Wealth Circle & Sudu Network

Application Fees: All application fees are non-refundable, regardless of acceptance status.

Membership Fees: Membership payments are non-refundable, except in cases where an error has occurred on our end (such as duplicate charges).
4. Educational Content & Events (Future Offerings)
For digital content, workshops, and events, all sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made only in cases of technical issues or duplicate charges.
5. Errors & Exceptions
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at info@sudurealestate.com within 7 business days of the transaction. We will review and, if appropriate, issue a correction or refund.
